Who benefits from One to One Therapy?

One to One Therapy is perfect for Children or Adults who find group situations more challenging and are easily distracted by what is going on around them. It is also beneficial for individuals who need more time to process information and multiple streams of sensory information.

What happens in a One to One Session?

Therapy goals will have been discussed and set with you prior to starting therapy or after a few initial sessions, and a baseline of function will have been established. Therapy can take place in a variety of settings and locations. Generally this will depend on the therapeutic approach needed.

Sessions typically last 30-45 minutes depending on your ability to attend and focus for that time and the Therapist will need 15 mins for note writing.
